Soup

Ceviche – $1.50 per portion

A cold citrus and smoked salmon soup served in a shot glass

Vichyssoise - $1.00 per portion

A potato and leek soup served hot or cold (in a shot glass)

Cream of Asparagus - $1.10 per portion

Served hot or cold

Gazpacho - $1.00 per portion

A medium spiced tomato based vegetable soup. (Served cold only!)

Salads

Mixed Greens - $1.25 per person

Rolled leaf salad served with shredded cucumber, cherry tomatoes sundried tomato balsamic dressing.

Single Leaf Caesar - $1.50 per portion

A single portion of Caesar salad served on a romaine heart leaf.

Greek Salad - $1.75 per person

A traditional Greek salad consisting of peppers, red onions, tomato and cucumber tossed in a feta vinaigrette.

Caprese Salad - $2 per person

Fresh basil, tomato and buffalo mozzarella cheese surround fresh five leaf salad.  Topped with balsamic glaze.

Seven Layered Dip - $55(Serves 30 – 40 people)

Sour cream, guacamole, salsa, refried beans, cheese, tomato, and green onions

Served with wonton crisps and pita triangles.

A vegetable platter with a cucumber, dill and sour cream dip.

Fruit & Cheese – $80(Serves 30 – 40 people)

An assortment of fresh fruit and cheeses.

Antipasto Platter - $55 (Serves 30 – 35 people)

Grilled vegetables served cold and topped with a balsamic reduction.

Served with olives and cornichon pickles.

Shrimp Platter - $80

Shrimp served four ways - teriyaki, cocktail, garlic butter and coconut.

Pate - $35 (Serves 40 – 50 people)

Our homemade, amazing chicken liver pate served with pita toasts and wonton crisps.

Accompanied by olives and cornichon pickles.

Cold Cut - $75 (Serves 30 – 40 people)

Fresh cold cut meats served with assorted rolls.

Bruschetta - $45 (Serves 40 -50 people)

Fresh bruschetta with feta and herb buttered crustinis.
